Website Administration
Atlantis Travel & Tourism LTD employees authorized to manage the Website, acting on behalf of Atlantis Travel & Tourism LTD, who organize and/or process personal data, and determine the purposes of personal data processing, the scope of personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) performed with personal data.
Website User
A person who accesses the Website via the internet and uses this Website for their own purposes (personal data subject).
Personal Data
Any information related to a directly or indirectly identified or identifiable individual – the Website User (personal data subject).
Confidentiality of Personal Data
A mandatory requirement for the Website Administration not to disclose or distribute personal data to third parties without the consent of the personal data subject, unless otherwise provided by federal law.

Any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automated tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.

Cookie

This Atlantis Travel & Tourism LTD Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy") has been developed by Atlantis Travel & Tourism LTD (hereinafter referred to as "Atlantis Travel" or the Website Administration) and applies to the use of this website and other online services that link to this Privacy Policy and through which Atlantis Travel collects personal data from anyone visiting said website.
2.2. This Privacy Policy has been developed in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of July 27, 2006 (hereinafter referred to as the "Federal Law "On Personal Data"), other federal laws regulating the processing of personal data, and bylaws adopted in their implementation.
2.3. Use of the Website services by the Website User constitutes their unconditional consent to the Privacy Policy and the terms of processing of the Website User's personal data.
2.4. If the Website User disagrees with the terms of the Privacy Policy, they must stop using the Website.
2.5. The Privacy Policy defines the main purposes and conditions for processing the personal data of Website Users and information about the implemented requirements for protecting the personal data of Website Users.
2.6. The Website Administration is the controller only of the personal data it receives from Website Users while using the Website with their consent, which is provided by the Website User's actions on the Website.
2.7. The Website Administration does not verify the veracity of the personal data provided by the Website User on the Website. The Website Administration assumes that the Website User provides accurate and sufficient personal data and maintains this information up to date. The Website User bears full responsibility for the consequences of providing inaccurate or invalid personal data.
2.8. The Website User confirms that by providing their personal data and consenting to its processing, they are acting voluntarily, of their own free will, and in their own interests, and confirms their legal capacity.
2.9. By providing their personal data, the Website User agrees that the personal data provided will be processed by Atlantis Travel, both with and without the use of automated means.
2.10. The personal data permitted for processing under the Privacy Policy is not special or biometric and is provided by the Website User by filling out special forms on the Website indefinitely (until the Website User revokes their consent to the processing of their personal data). Depending on the web form completed by the User, the data includes the following information:
last name, first name, patronymic; contact phone number; email address; citizenship). By completing the relevant web forms and/or submitting their personal information to the Website Administration, the Website User agrees to the Privacy Policy.
2.12. The Website Administration also takes measures to protect personal data that is automatically transmitted during a visit to the Website pages, including from cookies:
IP address assigned to the User's computer when visiting the Website; Received session data.
Cookies can be either "session" or "persistent." Session Cookies
The Website Administration uses session cookies to assign a unique identification number to the User's computer each time they visit the Website. These cookies are deleted after the browser is closed. These cookies are also used to analyze the User's experience with the Website (by examining which pages they visit, which links they use, and how long they spend on each page).
Persistent Cookies
The Website recognizes persistent cookies stored on the hard drives of the Users' computers. By assigning unique identifiers to the devices of the Users, the Website Administration can create a database of the actions and preferences of the Users of the Website (in particular, the frequency of visits, how often the Users return to the Website, and their preferences on the Website). Importantly, cookies do not contain any personal data about the Users of the Website; they only record their actions.

When using cookie technology, Website Administration does not store or use any specific data about Website Users. Website Administration would like to point out that Website Users have the right to configure their browser to refuse registration of visits to the Website or to receive warnings about requests for such registration. Disabling cookies may result in inability to access the Website.
2.13. If the Website Administration is unable to associate the information specified in paragraphs 2.11-2.12 of the Privacy Policy with the Website User (an individual), the Website Administration will not consider this information to be personal data.
Purposes of Processing the Personal Data of Website Users 3.1. The Website collects and stores only the personal data of the Website User that is necessary to provide services or fulfill agreements and contracts with the Website User, except in cases where mandatory storage of personal data is required by law for a specified period.
3.2. The Website processes the User's personal data for the following purposes:
3.2.1. Providing Website Users with registration (authorization) on the Website, access to the Website, and any other cases related to such actions.
3.2.2. Providing the Website User with access to the Website's personalized resources.
3.2.3. Establishing feedback with the Website User, including sending notifications and requests regarding the use of the Website, provision of services, and processing requests and applications from the Website User.
3.2.4. Creating an account if the Website User has consented to the account creation.
3.2.5. Providing the Website User with effective customer and technical support should problems related to the use of the Website arise.
3.2.6. Ensuring the functionality and security of the Website, confirming the actions of Website Users, preventing fraud, computer attacks, and other abuses, and investigating such cases.
Terms of Processing the Personal Data of Website Users and Transferring It to Third Parties 4.1. The Website stores the personal data of Website Users in accordance with the internal regulations of specific services.
4.2. The personal data of Website Users is kept confidential, except in cases where the Website User voluntarily makes their personal information publicly available to the general public. By using certain services, the Website User agrees that a certain portion of their personal data will become publicly available.
4.3. The Website reserves the right to transfer the Website User's personal data to third parties in the following cases:
4.3.1. The Website User has consented to such transfer.
4.3.2. The transfer is necessary for the Website User to use a specific service or for the performance of a specific agreement or contract with the Website User.
4.3.3. The transfer is required by Israeli law and within the framework of the procedure established by law. 4.4. The Website Administration hereby notifies the Website User that if the Website User wishes to amend, block, or destroy their personal data if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained, or is not necessary for the stated purpose of processing, or if the User wishes to revoke their consent to the processing of their personal data or to eliminate the Website Administration's illegal actions with respect to the Website User's personal data, the Website User must send an official request to the Website Administration at the following address: Bat Yam, Rothschild 29.
If Atlantis Travel sends an official request, the Website User must include the following in the request: full name; the number of the primary identity document of the Website User (the personal data subject or their representative), the date of issue of said document, and the issuing authority; Information confirming the Website User's involvement with Atlantis Travel, or information otherwise confirming the processing of the Website User's personal data by Atlantis Travel, and the signature of the individual (or their legal representative).
If the request is sent electronically, it must be in the form of an electronic document and signed with an electronic signature in accordance with Israeli law.
4.5. The Website Administration undertakes to immediately cease processing the Website User's personal data upon receipt of a written request (revocation) from the Website User. If the retention of the personal data is no longer required for the purposes of processing the personal data, it will be destroyed within the timeframe and under the conditions established by Israeli law.
4.6. If the purpose of processing the personal data is achieved, the Website Administration undertakes to cease processing the personal data and destroy it within the timeframe and under the conditions established by Israeli law.
4.7. If the Website User revokes their consent to the processing of personal data, the Website Administration reserves the right to continue processing the personal data without the Website User's consent, provided there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2-11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10, and Part 2 of Article 11 of the Federal Law "On Personal Data."
Obligations of the Parties 5.1. The Website User undertakes to:
5.1.1. Provide accurate and truthful personal data necessary for using the Website.
5.1.2. Update and supplement the personal data provided if this information changes.
5.2. The Website Administration undertakes to:
5.2.1. Use the information received solely for the purposes specified in Section 3 of this Privacy Policy.
5.2.2. Ensure that confidential information is kept confidential, not disclosed without the prior written consent of the Website User, and not sell, exchange, publish, or otherwise disclose the personal data of the Website User, except as provided in this Privacy Policy.
5.2.3. Block personal data related to the relevant Website User from the moment of the Website User's request or appeal, or from their legal representative or authorized body for the protection of personal data subjects, for the duration of the verification process, in the event that inaccurate personal data or illegal actions are detected.
Liability of the Parties 6.1. The Website Administration is liable for the intentional disclosure of the Website User's personal data in accordance with current Israeli law, except as provided in this Privacy Policy.
6.2. The Website Administration will not be liable for the loss or disclosure of personal data if such confidential information:
6.2.1. Was publicly known prior to its loss or disclosure.
6.2.2. Was received from a third party prior to its receipt by the Website Administration.
6.2.3. Was disclosed with the consent of the Website User.
6.2.4. Was obtained by third parties through unauthorized access to the Website files.
6.3. The Website User is responsible for the legality, accuracy, and veracity of the personal data provided in accordance with Israeli law.
Information on the implemented requirements for the protection of personal data 7.1. The Website Administration takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the personal data of the Website User from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, and other illegal actions by third parties.
Dispute Resolution 8.1. Before filing a claim in court regarding disputes arising between the Website User and the Website Administration, it is mandatory to file a claim (a written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute).
8.2. The recipient of the claim, within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, shall notify the claimant in writing of the results of the claim review.
8.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred to a court in accordance with Israeli law.
8.4. Israeli law applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the Website User and the Website Administration.
Additional Terms 9.1. The Website Administration reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.
9.2. The new Privacy Policy shall take effect from the moment it is posted on the Website, unless otherwise provided in the new version of the Privacy Policy.
